Season 2009 / 2010
As all league information is now available on the website, a limited edition of League handbooks is being issued to all clubs on the following basis:-
One book per club.
One book per snooker secretary.
One book per team.
There has been an unacceptable number of matches postponed during the early weeks of the season.
Would all Secretaries please ensure that immediate arrangements are agreed in accordance with rule 7, for these matches to be played, and the League Secretary informed of the relevant dates and subsequent results.

Representitives from 22 clubs attended the A.G.M. and 3 apologies were received.

PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR THE SEASON 2009 / 2010
Form No. 1 (Team entry)
This is to be fully completed and submitted to the Secretary by Friday 31st. July 2009.
Any club restrictions must be clearley stated on the back.
Clubs wishing to increase their number of teams and new applicants will be informed by Monday 10th. August whether or not their applications have been sucessful.
Form No. 2 (Players Registration)
This must be submitted to the Secretary by FRIDAY 4th. SEPTEMBER 2009 duly signed by each player.
THE DISTRIBUTION MEETING will be held from 7-30pm. to 8-30pm. on WEDNESDAY 9TH. SEPTEMBER 2009 AT WINDERMERE CLUB, 110 WAKE GREEN ROAD, MOSELEY, B13 9PZ.
ALL CLUBS MUST BE REPRESENTED.
Please note that all fees and any arrears must be paid on, or preferably before the Distribution Meeting.
The Season will commence week commencing Monday 21st September.
FEES
Guarantee Fee:- Five pounds for new teams.
Team Entry:- Seven Pounds per team.
Players Registration:- Three pounds per player. Late Registrations will incur a fee of £3-50p.
